Our delivery drivers are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your building's placement and set up. We carry a unique piece of equipment, called a mule on each truck. The mule is a maneuverable forklift device to help place your new storage building into tight locations. A mule also minimizes damage to your yard, leaving tracks similar to those of a large mower.

Not required, but we recommend a crushed concrete gravel pad for your structure's foundation. If you lay a pad it should be installed 1 foot larger on all sides longer than your structure. We recommend the crushed concrete gravel base to be 3-4 inches thick. If your spot is uneven it could create the need for additional time and or additional setting by your delivery drivers. In this scenario there could be additional charges!
When preparing your site know that we must have enough room to get the structure to its destination. "We recommend having at least 1-foot clearance on each side of the site and pathway to the site for delivery." Keep in mind if there are turns the structure will need more room. If there are any trees or fences in the way they will have to be removed before the structure arrives.
The advantages of using Crushed concrete: It won't shift or settle like bare earth or paver blocks: less expensive than poured concrete or asphalt. It's also easy to work with and environmentally friendly. "The best and easiest way to level and prepare a site is to have a base of Crushed concrete 3" to 4" inches thick leveled and tapped. It is best to make the base about 1 foot larger on all sides than the shed itself. Crushed concrete allows for good drainage underneath and packs together well for a good, hard, long lasting pad. It also helps to keep pests such as woodchucks, skunks, and snakes from burrowing under your shed. The lime in the crushed concrete is offensive to them."
